The service helps researchers transform interview transcripts and qualitative data into structured, publishable insights.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Promptly update your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
